She is a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, skilled at eliminating redundant data infrastructure and ensuring strict compliance with regulatory frameworks including SOX, HIPAA, and GDPR, while unlocking measurable business value along the way.

Jessica has held progressively senior roles at Abbott Laboratories and Ernst & Young (EY), where she has led data strategy, governance, and analytics capabilities across finance, commercial, manufacturing and audit organizations. At Abbott, she scaled self-service analytics and predictive modeling capabilities, chaired the organization’s data use, ethics and governance council to operationalize data and AI governance, and formalized a global data ownership and stewardship model to strengthen accuracy across reporting. Earlier in her career at Abbott's Corporate Audit function, she architected continuous monitoring and risk assessment strategies across enterprise systems, directed automation programs to accelerate control and access testing, and built dashboard catalogs to support enterprise audit execution. At EY, she advised Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, manufacturing, and consumer products on technology risk and process optimization, leading root-cause investigations and analytics-driven transformation initiatives.

Jessica resides in the suburbs north of Chicago and holds a BSBA in Information Systems and Accounting, with a minor in Mathematics, from Drake University. Outside of work, she enjoys chasing PRs in the gym, climbing and biking with her husband, and cheering on her son and daughter at their gymnastics meets.
