Mario Ardito is a Senior Analyst with a background in data analytics, automation, and process improvement. He specializes in helping organizations simplify complex processes, improve efficiency, and turn data into meaningful insights that support better business decisions. He particularly enjoys identifying manual or repetitive processes and finding more efficient, scalable ways to solve them through data and automation.

Prior to joining Horizon Five, Mario worked in tax technology at Discount Tire, where he developed and managed automation and analytics solutions supporting tax and finance operations. His experience includes improving business processes, automating manual work, developing reporting solutions, and collaborating across teams to solve complex data challenges.

Mario holds a Master’s degree in Data Science as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business. His background across both business and technology gives him a well-rounded perspective when approaching data challenges, allowing him to understand both the technical requirements of a solution and the business needs behind it.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Mario now lives in Arizona and has enjoyed exploring a new part of the country through hiking and travel. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and playing in social sports leagues, particularly softball and pickleball.
