Quinton is a Manager, Solutions & Delivery at Horizon Five, bringing over 20 years of experience in finance and data. His expertise spans through accounting and finance covering pricing strategies, cost accounting, general ledger, commercial, operational and financial planning and analytics, making him a versatile and strategic leader in delivering impactful solutions. He specializes in breaking down complex financial challenges and designing tailored solutions that generate measurable value for clients.

Before joining Horizon Five, Quinton spent 12 years at Stanley Black & Decker in analytical and finance roles, supporting the automation and modernization of processes across month-end close, forecasting, S&OP, and plant optimization. He was widely recognized for championing a “one version of the truth” approach during the development of a data lake and enterprise reporting solutions using Alteryx and BI tools. Throughout multiple leadership changes and acquisitions, he consistently partnered across the organization to deliver financially aligned solutions that drove business growth.

Quinton holds a degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University with a focus on manufacturing excellence. He helps manufacturing and service organizations turn complex, abundant data into clear, actionable insights by focusing on the story behind the data, not just the numbers.
